Copyright and Uses

I reserve the right to decline or discontinue a commission at any timeI own copyrights of the artwork and files, including displaying, advertising, printing, broadcasting, showcasing, and moreYou may post the artwork to your social media with credit and/or linked to my X/Instagram account @larazhrYou can’t claim the artwork as your own and removes my signature or watermarkYou receive an artwork in PNG file onlyYou allowed to print and trace the artwork (like studying) only for personal useUsing my work to feed AI image generators is strictly prohibited, and will be reportedIf you don’t pay for commercial, you agree to use my artwork exclusively for personal non-profit use

Commitment and Agreement

You agree that I use my own art styleI will not trace or heavily reference another artist’s artworkBoth of us must keep secret of the private messages from both parties including personal data

How I Work

I will not draw NSFW, lollies or something that has to do with pedophilia, mechas, furries, and hateful artsEstimation working time in 7-14 days depending on difficultyAfter receiving payment, I will begin sketching and give you colored sketchRevisions on sketch (major revisions allowed), basecolor (color choice only), and final stage (minor revisions only) only 1 time in each stage.If there’s any delay, I will ask your permission first

Payment

Payment in advance using USD (via Paypal) or IDR (via Mandiri/BRI Bank Transfer) as currencyThe commission will not deliver until the entire payment is made. Invoice must be paid within 72 hours since agreement or the project may be cancelledCommission cannot be returned or refunded once the sketch has passed the client’s approvalFull refund only allowed if I have no possibility to achieve your project
